DUSHANBE, October 18, 2010, Asia-Plus -- Every citizen has the right familiarize himself with the municipal plan for redevelopment of Dushanbe, Abduvali Komilov, the director of the Agency for Construction ad Architecture under the Government of Tajikistan, told reporters in Dushanbe on October 8.

“As soon as parliament endorses the municipal redevelopment plan, every citizen will be able to familiarize himself with it through MP from the constituency, in which he lives,” Komilov said.

“We are not going to hide the municipal redevelopment plan from anybody,” noted the director, “Russian institute for town-planning and investment development, Giprogor, has been granted the contract for updating the municipal plan for redevelopment of the Tajik capital.  As soon as the document is approved by parliament, it will be available for all comers.”

According to him, Giprogor will prepare an electronic version of the pan for redevelopment of Dushanbe.
