DUSHANBE, November 12, 2010, Asia-Plus -- In 2011, Tajikistan plans to allocate 850 million somoni (equivalent to US$194 million) for the completion of the construction of the Roghun hydroelectric power plant (HPP), Minister of Finance Safarali Najmiddinov told reporters on November 11.
In all, 1.22 billion somoni (equivalent to some US$280 million) will be allocated next year for enhancement of the country’s energy sector, the minister added.
