DUSHANBE, November 1, 2011, Asia-Plus -- Fifteen officers from the Drug Control Agency (DCA) under the President of Tajikistan are taking training course in China, the DCA press center reports.
“They have gone to the city of Urumqi, the administrative center of China’s Xinjiang-Uyghur Autonomous Region (XUAR) at the invitation of The Ministry of Public Security of China,” the source said.
According to him, Tajik drug control officers are participating in the seminar entitled “Fight against Illicit Drug Trafficking” that will run through November 12.
The training course is conducted by the Ministry of Public Security of China and the XUAR Department for Public Security.
