DUSHANBE, March 14, 2011, Asia-Plus -- In Tajikistan, inflation for February 2010 stood at 1.3 percent, according to the National Bank of Tajikistan (NBT).
Since the beginning of the year, inflation has been estimated at 3.3 percent, while inflation for the past twelve months have stood at 12.1 percent, the source said, noting that the government expects the year-end inflation to stand at 7.0 percent in 2011.
We will recall that Tajikistan’s full-year 2010 inflation stood at 9.8 percent, while the government expected the year-end inflation to stand at 7 percent in 2010.
