DUSHANBE, April 23, 2011, Asia-Plus -- Open joint-stock company, Dushanbe International Airport (DIA), has applied to appropriate instances, asking to review tariffs for serving domestic flights operated by Tajik national air carrier, Tajik Air.
The DIA director general Rustma Kholiqov stated at a news conference in Dushanbe on April 22 that DIA is ready to serve domestic flights operated by Tajik Air free of charge. “If the government takes an appropriate decision, we are ready to fulfill it,” Kholiqov said.

According to him, Dushanbe International Airport has served more 247,600 passengers over the first three months of this year.
