DUSHANBE, June 16, 2012, Asia-Plus -- The National Center for Legislation under the President of Tajikistan has reportedly prepared amendments to the country’s laws related to banking system and financial institutions.
The National Sector for Legislation intends to host a roundtable on July 13 to discuss problems of formation of the banking legislation in the country.
The meeting is expected to bring together experts to discuss problems related to formation of the banking legislation, microfinance organizations and legal problems facing commercial banks.
The National Center for Legislation intends to offer amendments to the country’s laws related to the banking system and financial institutions, the source said.
