Online tax preparation and online payment of taxes are reportedly getting more popular every year.  It is the safest, fastest and easiest way to submit individual tax returns.    

Tax payers deciding to opt for e-file ought to apply the State Unitary Enterprise (SUE) Center for Tax Administration Programming, the source said.
