DUSHANBE, August 6, 2013, Asia-Plus -- Tajikistan’s Ministry of Finance (MoF) expects the country’s 2014 gross domestic product (GDP) to stand at some 48.5 billion somoni.
According to the MoF Secretariat, revenues of the national budget for 2014 are expected to stand at more than 10.9 billion somoni (grants not included), including more than 9.935 billion somoni in tax revenues and some 975 million somoni in non-tax revenues.
The national budget projected indictors for 2014-2016 stipulate that revenues of the national budget for 2015 will stand at more 12.6 billion somoni (grants not included). Tax revenues are expected to stand at more than 11.5 billion somoni and non-tax revenues are expected to stand at more than 1.1 billion somoni.
The country’s 2015 gross domestic product (GDP) is expected to stand at more than 55.5 billion somoni.
Revenues of the national budget for 2016 are expected to stand at more than 14.5 billion somoni (grants not included), including some 13.3 billion somoni in tax revenues and more than 1.2 billion somoni in non-tax revenues.
The country’s 2016 gross domestic product (GDP) is expected to stand at 63.2 billion somoni.
We will recall that the revenue part of this year’s national budget is projected to stand at 9.272 billion somoni ad the country’s 2013 GDP is expected to stand at 42.1 billion somoni.
