DUSHANBE, October 29, 2013, Asia-Plus – Eleven business entities engaged in production have been put on register of the State Commission for Implementation of Moratorium on Inspection of Business Entities Engaged in Production, according to the State Committee on Investments and State-owned Property Management (GosKomInvest) press center.

The State Commission for State Commission for Implementation of Moratorium on Inspection of Business Entities Engaged in Production that held a meeting in Dushanbe recently reportedly considered applications from 19 entrepreneurial entities for certificate of business entity engaged in production.

Applications of eight entities were refused as not meeting requirements of the moratorium on inspection of business entities.

In March 2011, President Emomali Rahmon signed a decree on imposing moratorium on inspection of business entities engaged in production.

Under this decree, production entities are exempted from all types of inspections for three years.  The three-year moratorium on business inspection applies only to those production entities, which use state-of-the-art production technologies.  The moratorium reportedly came into effect on October 1, 2011.

The moratorium on business inspection is aimed at promoting development private sector, national economy as well as improving social conditions, combating shadow economy and creating new jobs.
