DUSHANBE, October 31, 2013, Asia-Plus -- The volume of cash in circulation in Tajikistan has risen 14.8 percent (557.055 million somoni) in a year to September 30, 2013, reaching 3.7651 billion somoni, according to the National Bank of Tajikistan (NBT).
In August-September, the volume of cash reportedly increased by 58.2 million somoni.
Meanwhile, money supply increased in the country by 1,170,746,000 somoni in a year to September 30, 2013, reaching 9,126,561,000 somoni, a source at Tajik central bank said.
