DUSHANBE, January 28, 2015, Asia-Plus -- In a report released at a news conference in Dushanbe, the Minister of Economic Development and Trade, Sharif Rahimzoda, noted on January 28 that the plan of actions on minimization of risks of global financial and economic crisis for Tajikistan’s economy designed for 2015-2016 will be signed soon.
This document was reportedly developed by the ministry of economic development and trade in cooperation with relevant ministries and agencies of the country.
“The document has been endorsed by relevant ministries and agencies ant it will be published soon,” the minister said.
“The plant provides for, first of all, conducting correct monetary policy, conducting safe fiscal policy, reducing expenses and creating new jobs,” Rahimzoda said,
According to him, the document consists of five blocks stipulating three possible scenarios of development of the country’s economy under conditions of global crisis.
“This year, the country’s economic growth rate is expected to stand at 4.8 percent,” the minister said.
