Dushanbe. 31 August. “Asia Plus” -- In the last week the market rate of the US dollar in Tajikistan has kept an upward trend, according to the National Bank of Tajikistan (NBT).

According to the regulator, the average rate of sale US currency in exchange offices of the republic has risen to the level of 6,8160-6,8340 somoni for $1.

At the end of the before last week the dollar on the currency market of the country averaged 6.77-6.79 somoni. Dollar market exchange rate was set by the National Bank at the level of 6,5600-6,5800 somoni.

The growth of dollar in Tajikistan the National Bank connects with "the continuing decline in cash of Russian ruble."

Meanwhile, the average rate on operations with the Russian ruble by the end of the last week have amounted to 0,1021-0,1031 somoni (for one ruble), and the euro was established at the level of 7,4880-7,5200 somoni (per euro).
