DUSHANBE, August 10, 2016, Asia-Plus -- Three microlending agencies operating in different regions of Tajikistan have reportedly been merged into one microlending agency.
According to the National Bank of Tajikistan (NBT), Limited Liability Company “Madina va Hamkoron” with headquarters in Khorog, Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region (GBAO), Closed Joint-Stock Company “Rushdi Zanon” with headquarters in Panjakent, Sughd province, and Closed Joint-Stock Company “Kishovarzon” with headquarters in Kolkhozobod, Khatlon province, have decided to merge into one microlending agency.
The Tajik central bank press center reports the NBT board satisfied an application by the “Rushdi Zanon” and “Kishovarzon” microlending agencies for merging with the “Madina va Hamkoron” microlending agency on August 9.
In this connection, the NBT recalled licenses of the “Rushdi Zanon” and “Kishovarzon” microlending agencies.
