The National Bank of Tajikistan (NBT) has stopped operations of one more microlending organization.
According to the NBT press center, Tajik central bank on November 9 stopped operations of Microlending Agency Madadgori Mastchoh in connection with voluntary liquidation at its request.
Madadgori Mastchoh has reportedly failed to comply with the NBT’s minimum capital requirements for the microlending organizations.
We will recall that the NBT last year stopped operations of dozens of microlending organizations for the same reason.
An official source at Tajik central bank says twenty other lending agencies are currently at the stage of liquidation.
