A new chapter in business education has begun in Tajikistan with the launch of an international Training of Trainers (ToT) program under the standards of the International Certified Business Trainers (ICBT). Spearheaded by the Tcell Business Academy, the program aims to develop a new generation of business trainers equipped with modern methodologies such as gamification, facilitation, and leadership mindset development.
As global business education evolves, there is increasing demand for formats that are dynamic, interactive, and participant-centered. Traditional lecture-based models are being replaced by training methods that engage learners through games, coaching, and collaborative projects.

Knowledge today is not just about content — it’s about how that content is delivered.
ToT as a foundation for long-term change
The inaugural module of the program, held in Dushanbe on October 17–19, focused on training methodologies and gamification. Participants immersed themselves in facilitation, debriefing, case-based learning, and simulation exercises — all built around ICBT’s internationally recognized framework. These methods are tailored to fast-changing environments, from corporate settings to educational and social initiatives.
Importantly, the program goes beyond teaching techniques. It cultivates a mindset — observant, systemic, and supportive — that enables trainers to catalyze transformation in teams, organizations, and educational systems.
Pilot success: the MBA Kids program
One of the first applications of the ToT model is in the MBA Kids program, developed by the Academy of Management and Business under the National Association of Managers and Marketers. This pioneering initiative blends business education with personal development for children, using:
- Gamification and interactive methods
- Facilitation and group dynamics
- Project-based learning and individual growth paths
- Early development of soft management skills
ToT-certified trainers are now being prepared to deliver this innovative curriculum, demonstrating how training programs can evolve into strategic tools for shaping a future-oriented education ecosystem.
What’s next?
Three additional ToT modules are scheduled between November 2025 and January 2026. These will cover:
- Group dynamics and facilitation
- Coaching tools for education and business
- Design and defense of original training programs
Upon completion, participants will be eligible for ICBT international certification — a globally recognized credential that opens doors to major national and international training initiatives.

Why it matters
The development of ToT programs is more than a one-time initiative — it builds the infrastructure for sustainable knowledge transfer. As demand grows for qualified managers, facilitators, mentors, and change leaders in Tajikistan, the formation of a core group of certified trainers becomes a strategic priority.
The ToT program in Dushanbe is just the beginning. But it marks the rise of a new educational wave — one that values not only methodology, but also the human qualities of a trainer: the ability to inspire, engage, and awaken the next generation’s way of thinking.
