DUSHANBE, November 28, Asia-Plus -- To add to the problems connected with the possible electrical power cutoff, it is becoming cold in the coming two days in the country. 

Weather forecasters say that snow may fall and temperature is expected to fall to -7?C at night in the plains and to -15?C in the mountain areas.  In Dushanbe, the temperature will fall to -3?C at night.
