DUSHANBE, October 12, 2009, Asia-Plus -- Three persons, including two minors, were killed on October 11 as a car fell into the Vakhsh River in the Khatlon province, according to the Ministry of Interior (MoI).
“The accident took place on the territory of the farming unit Fayz in the Vakhsh district Sunday evening. “The diver Saidislom Ibronov could not control his VAZ 21-06 and it fell into the Vakhsh River,” said the source at a MoI, “Ibronov and two children, the 2-year-old Zafar Ikromov and the 5-year-old Madina Ibronova, were killed on the spot.”
