KHUJAND, September 18, 2010, Asia-Plus -- Approximately six days ago, a group of persons in camouflage resembling uniform of Uzbek border guards drove into Tajik territory from Uzbekistan by truck and took the resident of the village of Faro in Panjakent district (Sughd province) Abdurahmon Majidov and his 18 head of cattle with them to Uzbekistan, Adburahmon’s brother, Aminboy Majidov, told Asia-Plus on Saturday.
According to him, relatives know nothing about the whereabouts and fate of Abdurahmon Majidov.
Local authorities have still failed to find out the fate of Abdurahmon Majidov as well, though they have repeatedly applied to Uzbek border guards.
