DUSHANBE, July 27, 2012, Asia-Plus – The authorities and representatives of illegal armed formations acting in Khorog have reportedly reached an agreement that militants will begin to lay down weapons today.
A source in one of power-wielding structures of Tajikistan told this Asia-Plus. According to him, yesterday night was relatively quiet in Khorog.
