Military air jet crashed in Tajikistan on August 19 not far from Ayni airfield.
Military commemorative ceremony for pilots of Yak-52, captain Suhrob Boypochoev and Alexey Koshelev, was held at Tajik Defense Ministry''s military airfield on Monday, August 20.
A spokesman for Tajik Ministry of Defense Faridun Mahmadaliev told AP that the commemorative ceremony was attended by chief defense officials of the country, military pilots, relatives and friends of the dead pilots.
According to the source, training jet which crashed on August 19 in the course of a training flight was the property of the Tajik Defense Assistance Society.
Military Prosecutor General''s Office investigates the crash, an interdepartmental commission has been set up.
