DUSHANBE, May 7, 2015, Asia-Plus – Russia’s Investigative Committee’s office in Moscow Oblast says a 20-year-old Tajik national has been arrested in the Lyubertsy District on suspicion of kidnapping.
He together with unidentified persons reportedly abducted a 36-year-old resident of the Oktyabrsky Township and demanded 5 million Russian rubles as ransom for release of him.
After that the kidnappers got in touch with his concubine by mobile phone and demanded that she bring one million rubles immediately.
One of kidnappers was detained while taking money and identities of other kidnappers are being determined, Russia’s Investigative Committee’s office in Moscow Oblast said.
