DUSHANBE , January 19, Asia-Plus -- Investigations into the January 31 and June 13 blasts outside the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) in Dushanbe have been completed and two persons involved in these crimes have been detained, Tajik Minister of Interior told journalists.

            According to him, the cases have already moved to the Supreme Court that is currently considering criminal proceedings instituted against one of them.  The minister refrained from giving further details and refused to disclose their names.  He justified this by saying that not all persons involved in those crimes have been so far detained. 

He noted that when the police were detaining those two criminals in the house where they were, “another one person who was with them blew up himself.”
