The MSRTC source has told Asia-Plus that on February 18, the Khatlon customs directorate filed suit against the Sarband-based “Tojikazot” enterprises producing mineral fertilizers under Article 199, Part 14 of Tajikistan’s Administrative Code – not reporting on import of goods and (or) transports means when crossing customs border of Tajikistan.
