KHUAJND, May 22, Asia-Plus -- Umed Nourulloyev, a chief bailiff with a court in Sughd’s Ghonchi district, has been arrested on suspicion of having been involved in bribery.
According to the Sughd anticorruption directorate, Nourulloyev was caught red-handed when he was taking bribe from local resident A.M. for dropping criminal cases instituted against him.
Criminal proceedings have been instituted against Nourulloyev under the provisions of Article 319 – bribe taking.
