Taghoynazar Solehov faces charges of illegal possession of weapons and killing.
As it had been reported earlier, Taghoynazar Solehov was detained in Dushanbe on April 17 this year on suspicion of having killed his relative, police officer Daler Fozilov.
The first deputy prosecutor of Dushanbe, Sayfiddin Sirojiddinov, told Asia-Plus on April 18 that criminal proceedings have been instituted against Taghoynazar Solehov under the provisions of two articles of Tajikistan’s Penal Code – Article 104 (murder) and Article 195 (illegally bearing, possessing and acquiring weapons).
