KHUJAND, August 27, 2009, Asia-Plus -- The Khujand prosecutor''s office has completed investigation into case of Mavlonberdy Suyunov, a teacher with Khujand State University, and the case has moved to the Khujand city court.
Suyunov, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Uzbek Philology at Khujand State University, faces charge of bribery and criminal proceedings have been instituted against him in June this year.
“He demanded US$100 and 270 somoni from the Khujand resident Muhiba Dodokhonova for assisting her in entering the university,” the source said.
