DUSHANBE, Marc 14, 2011, Asia-Plus -- A man was found with a bullet wound in the head on the southern outskirts of Dushanbe on March 13, at about 10:00 pm, according to the Ministry of Interior (MoI).
The source at a MoI says the body was found in a car Opel parked on the Rahmon Nabiyev. According to him, the dead man was identified as Dushanbe resident H.R., 30. Criminal proceedings have been instituted to investigate the crime.
According to the statistical data from the Interior Ministry, 10 crimes involving firearms have been registered in the country over the first two months of this year. In 2010, 83 such crimes were reported in that country, which is 25 cases more than in 2009.
