DUSHANBE, December 30, 2011, Asia-Plus -- The first meeting of the National Anti-Corruption Council, presided over by Prime Minister Oqil Oqilov, took place in Dushanbe on December 30.
The council members include ministers, committee heads, parliamentarians, heads of political parties, chairpersons of courts, chief prosecutor, ombudsman, and clerics.
The source in the government says the meeting considered and endorsed the plan of actions for 2012.
We will recall that Tajikistan’s National Anti-Corruption Council was established on December 14, 2010.
