DUSHANBE, April 14, 2015, Asia-Plus -- Interior Minister Ramazon Rahimzoda, who is currently on a working visit to the Rasht Valley (eastern Tajikistan), yesterday inaugurated the information and analytical center at the Interior Ministry’s office in the Rasht district.
On the same day, the minister visited the special police unit deployed in the Rasht district to get acquainted with living and service conditions of servicemen.
Rahimzoda yesterday also received local residents to listen to their complaints.
According to the Interior Ministry’s website, the meeting was held on the instruction of President Emomali Rahmon.
More than 70 residents of the districts of Nourobod, Tavildara, Tojikoobod and Jirgatol as well as the Gharm Township, the administrative center of the Rasht district reportedly arranged to see the interior minister.
