Khatlon garrison`s Military Court began the consideration of the criminal case against three soldiers accused of the murder of his colleague.

As said the Chairman of the military court of Khatlon garrison Toir Iskandarzoda, in the dock – there are three soldiers of the 2747 military unit of border guards of RT: Ismoil Mamadyorov and Sergeant Shukhrat Yakubov, who are accused under the Article 110 Part 3 and 373 Part 2 of the Criminal Code, as well as an ensign Khisrav Odinaev, charged under Art. 392 part 1 of the Criminal Code.

According to the materials of the criminal case, on July 4, 2015 , a builders team of military unit №2747, which included 14 soldiers, led by the ensign Hisrava Odinaev, went on a business trip in the military unit  №2610 of the Main Directorate of Border Troops of the National Security Committee of Tajikistan, stationed in Panj. On the 5 ^th of July  the ensign H.Odinaev left his subordinates and without notifying his leaders has left the territory. At this time, an ordinary Ismail Mamadyorov and Sergeant Shukhrat Yakubov, taking advantage of the absence of the commander, formed their colleagues in the barracks, and then beat the soldiers who have missed the impromptu formation. Mamadyorov and Yakubov have beaten soldiers` back with a wooden stick. Ismail Mamadyorov was not satisfied with it and began to beat the soldiers for the second time. As a result of the beating an ordinary Abduvahob Kayumov lost consciousness and on the way to the hospital the guy died. As a result of conclusion of forensic examination, the cause of his death was multiple injuries from blows with a blunt object - the guy had broken neck vertebrae.

The deceased soldier Abduvahob Kayumov was called up in May 2015 by the Military Commissariat of Bobodzhon Gafurov area.

The judicial review of the case is continuing.
