The Bokhtar court sentenced Madinai Ahmad, a resident of the Kushoniyon district, to 12 years in prison for the murder of a minor child.
This was announced to Asia-Plus by the chairman of the court of the city of Bokhtar, Mustafo Murodzoda..
«During the trial, Madinai Ahmad was found guilty under part 3 of article 110 (Intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm) of the Criminal Code of the Republic and was sentenced to 12 years in prison», - the judge said.
According to the investigation, on May 27, Madinai Ahmad (born in 1995), who temporarily lived in Bokhtar in a rented apartment, beat a 2nd grade student Ziyodullo Rozikov. Ziyodullo was the nephew of the future husband of Madina, and at his request she looked after the child. During interrogation, Madina said that she beat the child with a man's belt because of the suspicion that Ziyodullo stole 200 somoni from her wallet.
As a result of the beating, the child became ill, and Madina called the ambulance herself, but Ziyodullo died on the way to the hospital.
Madinai Ahmad, a graduate of the Bokhtar State University, worked as an assistant director of school No. 8, where Ziyodullo Rozikov also studied.
