DUSHANBE, February 12, 2011, Asia-Plus -- Tajik President Emomali Rahmon congratulated his Iranian counterpart, President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, over the 32nd anniversary of Iran’s Islamic Revolution, according to the Tajik presidential press service.
In his message of congratulations, Tajik leader expressed satisfaction with the level of bilateral multi-aspect cooperation between Tajikistan and the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Expansion of bilateral economic cooperation has been and remains the fundamental factor promoting further development of relations between the two countries, the message noted.
President Rahmon wished new victories, peace and the wellbeing to the friendly Iranian people, the presidential press service said.
