DUSHANBE, February 14, 2011, Asia-Plus -- Tajikistan has impartially watched events taking place in the friendly Arab Republic of Egypt from the beginning of them and considers these events as purely internal affairs of this country ruling out external interference, the Tajik MFA states.
In this connection, a hope is expressed that at this complicated and fateful stage of development of the country the Egyptian authorities will take efforts to put the situation right as soon as possible, the statement says.
The anti-government protests began on January 25 and President Hosni Mubarak resigned on February 11 and charged the high council of the armed forces to administer the affairs of the country.
