DUSHANBE, December 1, 2011, Asia-Plus -- Tajik Ambassador to Belarus Qozidavlat Qoimdodov has been appointed Tajikistan’s Ambassador to Lithuania with residence in Minsk, Belarus.
According to the Tajik Embassy in Minsk, Qoimdodov presented his credentials to Lithuanian President Dalia Grybauskaite on November 30.
In the course of the talks, the two reportedly discussed the state of bilateral relations between Tajikistan and Lithuania and opportunities of economic cooperation between the two countries.
