DUSHANBE, September 18, 2013, Asia-Plus -- New Russian Ambassador to Tajikistan, Igor Lyakin-Frolov, is arriving in Dushanbe today, according to the Russian Embassy in Dushanbe.
We will recall that by Russian president’s decree Igor Lyakin-Frolov was appointed Russia’s Ambassador to Tajikistan on August 2, 2013.
Igor Lyakin-Frolov had previously served as Russia’s Representative to the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).
