DUSHANBE, October 4, 2013 Asia-Plus -- On Friday October 4, President Emomali Rahmon received credentials of 12 new ambassadors to Tajikistan, according to Tajik president’s official website.
The ambassadors are Holger Gren from Germany, Igor Lyakin-Frolov from the Russia, Ali bin Mubarak Al Muhandh from Qatar, Navaf Khalif Al Sarayerh from Jordan, Michael Petermans from Belgium, Hynek Pejcha from the Czech Republic, Niklas Lindqvist from Finland, Mauro Raina from Switzerland, Takayuki Koike from Japan, Charn Jullamon from Thailand, Domingo Lucenario from the Republic of the Philippines, and Zhagir Suhee from Mongolia.
Emomali Rahmon welcomed the new ambassadors to take their posts and hoped them to contribute to the growth of relations between Tajikistan and their respective countries.
The ambassadors pledged to make active efforts to promote friendly cooperation with Tajikistan during their tenure.
