DUSHANBE, October 11, 2013, Asia-Plus -- The first round of negotiations between Tajikistan and Austria on a draft government-to-government air services agreement took place in Dushanbe on October 8-9.
According to the Tajik MFA information department, the sides discussed the draft agreement and issues related to establishment of cooperation between air carriers and airports of the two nations.
The Austrian delegation was reportedly chaired by Director of the Department of Environment, Transport and Telecommunication, Federal. Ministry for European and International Affairs, and its member included senior representatives from the Federal Ministry for Transport, innovation and Technology and the flag carrier of Austria, Austria Airlines AG.
