Indian Foreign Minister, Sushma Swaraj, will participate in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit, which will be held in Dushanbe on 11-12 September, as reported to Asia-Plus by a source in the government of Tajikistan.

According to him her meetings and talks with President Emamali Rahman and Foreign Minister Sirajiddin Aslov are planned during her visit to Dushanbe.
