DUSHANBE, September 8, Asia-Plus -- The office of the Islamic Revival Party (IRP)’s organization in northern Mastchoh district has been shut down, according to IRP’s head office in Dushanbe.
An official source at IRP’s office in Dushanbe says the party office in Mastchoh has been shut down on the basis of an order filed by the Mastchoh prosecutor’ office. “The building has been returned to its previous owner Ismatullo Boymulloyev,” the source said.
According to him, regulations of the country’s legislation were violated during the purchase of the building, and therefore, the prosecutor ordered to return the building to its previous owner.
“Activists of the IRP organization in Mastchoh noted at the meeting that the prosecutor’s order was legal and is not subject of appeal,” the source added.
