DUSHANBE, February 5, 2015, Asia-Plus -- Deputy Assistant Secretaries of State Daniel N. Rosenblum and Steven Feldstein are arriving in Dushanbe today on a three-day.
The U.S Embassy in Dushanbe says that during their visit, they will have consultations with representatives of the Government of Tajikistan on a range of bilateral and international issues, as well as meet with civil society organizations.
Daniel N. Rosenblum is Deputy Assistant Secretary for Central Asia at the U.S. Department of State. Working within the State Department’s Bureau for South and Central Asian Affairs, Mr. Rosenblum oversees U.S. policy towards and diplomatic relations with the five Central Asian states: Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan.
Steven Feldstein is the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor (DRL). He is responsible for work in international labor affairs, and international religious freedom.
