On December the 10th in the afternoon, Tajik President Emomali Rakhmon accepted the credentials from ambassadors of a number of European, Asian and African countries.
As reports the President`s press service, the Ambassadors Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People''s Republic - Yu-E-Bean, of India - Biradzha Prasad, of the Republic of Lithuania - Vytautas Nauduzas, of the Republic of Latvia - Edgars Bondars, of Spain - Pedro José Sanz Serrano, of the Republic of the Philippines - Daniel Espiritu Ramos, of the People''s Democratic Republic of Algerian - Nosir Bushehr and of the Republic of Guinea - Bangali Diahabi handen the credentials to the leader of Tajikistan.
In his speech Emomali Rahmon congratulated all the ambassadors with the begining of diplomatic activity in Tajikistan.
Tajik President confidently said that in the framework of the open door policy of the Republic of Tajikistan, the government has the ability and willing to establish friendly and mutually beneficial relations with all the countries of the world without exception.
Emomali Rahmon told about the development of the relations and multi-faceted relations with the countries of Europe, Asia and Africa, expressed hope that the new ambassadors will make efforts to bring the mutually beneficial relations of their countries with Tajikistan to a new level.
In addition, among the main topics of Emomali Rahmon`s performance there were also the issues of the development of friendly relations and productive cooperation, the priorities of the foreign policy of the Republic of Tajikistan to strengthen relations with foreign countries and the relations of business organizations and government agencies in Tajikistan with them.
It was also stressed that the countries of Europe, Asia and Africa are in the ranks of the friends and partners of the Tajik nation and people.
"These lrelations have great prospects for the further strengthening and development, and we look forward to our productive diplomatic activities," - said Emomali Rakhmon in conclusion.
