DUSHANBE, April 1, 2016, Asia-Plus – Tajik Deputy Foreign Minister Mahmadsharif Haqdod yesterday received Turkmen Ambassador to Tajikistan Chary Atayev, according to the Tajik MFA information department.
The two reportedly discussed state and prospects of further expansion of bilateral political, economic, cultural and humanitarian cooperation between Tajikistan and Turkmenistan.
Haqdod and Atayev declared for further expansion of bilateral cooperation between the two countries in the fields being of mutual interest.
We will recall that by Turkmen president’s decree Chary Atayev was appointed Turkmen Ambassador to Tajikistan on February 29, replacing Ishankuli Amanlyev.
