Tajikistan convened a meeting of the heads of the National Security Councils of eight nations in Dushanbe on May 27 for the “Regional Security Dialogue” on Afghanistan. This was the fourth meeting of the process and the two first meeting were hosted by Iran and the third one was hosted by India.
