Tajik Deputy Foreign minister Farhod Salim held political consultations with First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Waleed bin Abdulkarim El-Khereiji here on October 2, 2023.
According to the Tajik MFA information department, the parties exchanged views on the current state and prospects of further expansion of cooperation between the two countries in the political, economic, legal, cultural, scientific, educational and healthcare spheres, as well as cooperation between the two countries within the framework of regional and international organizations.
On the same day, Waleed bin Abdulkarim El-Khereiji was received by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan, Sirojiddin Muhriddin.
They reportedly discussed bilateral relations between Tajikistan and Saudi Arabia in political, economic, humanitarian and other areas of mutual interest, and also exchanged views on using broad opportunities for the development of mutually beneficial cooperation.
