DUSAHNBE, April 20, Asia-Plus - Two new higher education institutions will have been established in
Tajikistan
this year, President Rahmonov announced at a joint meeting of

’s both chambers of parliament on April 20.
According to Rahmonov, the institute for turning out power engineering specialists will be founded in Qurghon Teppa on the basis of local
Energy
College
. A new geological higher educational institution will be founded in northern
Tajikistan
.
“We need specialists in these spheres,” said Rahmonov, “
Afghanistan
also has needs in energy specialists, and we could send our specialists there.”
He also added that for shortage of specialists many deposits of natural recourse remained undeveloped.
