DUSHANBE, December 12, Asia-Plus - Dushanbe Mayor Mahmadsaid Ubaidulloyev demands that a work on decorating the city to mark New Year should be completed before December 25, Shavkat Saidov, a spokesman for the Dushanbe mayor said.
According to him, fairs of farm produce will be held on markets in Dushanbe from December 27-31. A concert program will start at the Dusti Square on December 31, at 10:00 p.m.
