DUSHANBE, December 21, Asia-Plus -- The eighth session of the Dushanbe legislature (Majlis) presided over by its chairman Mahmadsaid Ubaidulloyev opened in Dushanbe today morning.
The meeting is aiming to discuss the city’s economic results in 2006 and a program for socioeconomic development of Dushanbe for 2007-2015. The Dushanbe legislature will also consider a draft budget for 2007 and resolution adopted by the previous session.
