DUSHANBE, January 15, Asia-Plus - The board (Shuro) of Tajikistan’s lower chamber (Majlisi Namoyandagon) of parliament considered a bill on geographical markers at a January 15 meeting presided over by its speaker Saydullo Khairulloyev..
Muhammadato Sultonov, a spokesman for the Majlisi Namoyandagon, said that the board also considered amendments to the civil defense law, as well as termination of powers of MPs Sherkhon Salimov and Abdujabbor Shamsov.
We will recall that Sherkhon Salimov has been appointed to head the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption and Abdujabbor Shamsov has been appointed Deputy Minister of Interior.
