DUSHANBE, September 4, Asia-Plus — President’s daughter, Ozoda Emomaliyevna Rahmonova, has been appointed to head the consular directorate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), replacing Bahrom Kholnazarov, Asia-Plus has learned at the department.  

We will recall that by president’s edict of August 21 Bahrom Kholnazarov was appointed Tajik Ambassador to Kazakhstan.
