DUSHANBE, October 18, Asia-Plus -- By president’s decree Davlatali Saidov, formerly Chairman of the Committee for Youth Affairs, Sports and Tourism, was appointed Tajikistan’s Ambassador to Japan.
Davlatali Saidov was born in Khatlon’s Danghara district on March 30, 1970. He graduated from the Faculty of Economy at Tajik National University. .
By other president’s decree Maliksho Nematov, who had previously been Aide to the President, replaced Davlatali Saidov as Chairman of the Committee for Youth Affairs, Sports and Tourism.
Maliksho Nematov was born on February 11, 1969 in Khatlon’s Kulob district. HE graduated from the Faculty of Oriental Languages at Tajik National University and Tajik Law and Tax Institute. At present he is student at Russian Public Service Academy.
